Hariom Pipe Industries has announced a board meeting on May 9, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹1357 Cr from ₹1153 Cr last year, with net profit up at ₹61.7 Cr (₹56.8 Cr previously). EPS for FY25 is ₹20.25. The company secured a 60 MW solar power project from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution and launched a wholly owned renewable energy subsidiary. They extended their manufacturing facility lease to 99 years to boost capacity. Four senior executives were promoted, and ₹54.4 Cr from share warrants will fund expansion and capex.
