Solarium Green Energy Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported robust growth with H2 revenue at INR 148.08 Cr, up 81% over H1, and FY25 revenue at INR 230.08 Cr, a 29.7% increase over FY24. EBITDA rose 9.3% to INR 26.9 Cr with EPS of 11.65. Residential rooftop solar, contributing 37% of revenue, nearly doubled monthly revenue from INR 5 Cr to INR 10 Cr by March, supported by expansion into 15 new cities and the Solar Saarthi partner program. Institutional projects constitute about 50% of revenue with significant PSU clients. Challenges like limited availability of domestic-content (DCR) solar panels delayed INR 17 Cr of residential orders to Q1 FY26, but tied-up supplies and government support are expected to ease this. The order book stands strong at INR 120 Cr unexecuted and INR 243 Cr L1, primarily PSU projects, all targeted for execution within FY26. The company continues to focus on scaling turnkey EPC solutions with careful cost control amid growth and plans to maintain EBITDA margins around 11–13%. ESOP expenses increased, reflecting employee motivation initiatives. Solarium foresees sustained growth driven by government renewable energy mandates and expanding state-level subsidy schemes, with no current plans to enter the capital-intensive IPP space.
