Reliance Power Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Reliance Power has announced a board meeting on May 9, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for Q4FY25 and FY25. Q4 total income stood at Rs. 2,066 crore, with EBITDA of Rs. 590 crore and PAT of Rs. 126 crore. The company has sharply cut debt, bringing the debt-to-equity ratio down to 0.88 from 1.61 last year, and net worth remains strong at Rs. 16,337 crore. Operationally, Sasan Ultra Mega Power ran at ~87% PLF and Rosa Power Plant posted ~97% availability. Subsidiary Reliance NU Suntech secured a 25-year PPA with SECI for a 930 MW solar + 465 MW battery project, attracting up to Rs. 10,000 crore investment at ₹3.53/kWh. Independent director Vijay Kumar Sharma was re-appointed for a second term.
