1. Financial Highlights:

Jupiter Life Line Hospitals reported total income of Rs 1,261.5 Cr in FY25, up 17.5% YoY. EBITDA grew 22.5% YoY to Rs 296.6 Cr with margins expanding to 23.5%. PAT increased 9.6% to Rs 193.5 Cr, delivering a 15.3% margin. ARPOB improved to Rs 60,600 from Rs 54,900, driven by better revenue per occupied bed. Operating beds rose to 1,061 with occupancy at 65.3%. The standalone net cash balance stands at Rs 527 Cr, and consolidated net cash is Rs 277 Cr, supporting ongoing capex.

2. Strategic Initiatives & Growth Drivers:

Network expansion is a key focus, with a 500-bed hospital in Dombivli launching by Q1FY27 and another 500-bed hospital in Pune underway. A 300-bed facility at Mira Road has also been planned. Capex of Rs 165 Cr in FY25 mainly funded greenfield and brownfield projects. Upgrades at Thane and Indore hospitals target critical care and outpatient enhancements.

3. Business Developments:

Recent additions include 78 beds at Indore and an 11-bed ICU ready for demand activation. Thane hospital phased out its economy ward to add 2 new OTs, a cath lab, and expanded MRI capacity. Construction progress continues at Pune II and ongoing facility improvements at existing centers.

JLHL is strengthening its regional leadership with a growing 2,500-bed network and enhanced patient infrastructure. Improved ARPOB reflects pricing power and operational efficiency, while departmental restructuring boosts service quality.
