Reliance Power Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Reliance Power has announced a board meeting on May 9, 2025, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025. Total income stood at Rs. 2,066 Cr with Q4 EBITDA of Rs. 590 Cr and PAT of Rs. 126 Cr. Net worth reached Rs. 16,337 Cr, while the debt-to-equity ratio sharply improved from 1.61 to 0.88, with zero bank debt or defaults. Operationally, the Sasan Ultra Mega Power Project operated at 87% PLF, and the Rosa plant maintained 97% availability. Subsidiary Reliance Nu Suntech secured a 25-year PPA for a 930 MW solar plus battery project, attracting Rs. 10,000 Cr investment at a competitive tariff of ₹3.53/kWh. The board re-appointed Vijay Kumar Sharma as Independent Director and appointed Ashita Kaul & Associates as secretarial auditors.
