Novartis India Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported total income of ₹3982.3 million with a profit before tax of ₹1304.2 million, and a net profit of ₹1009.0 million for the year. Earnings per share stood at ₹40.87. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹25 per share, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sanker Parameswaran was re-appointed as an Independent Director for five years, and M.K. Saraf & Associates LLP has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, both subject to shareholder approval. The 77th Annual General Meeting and related book closures have also been scheduled.
