Hariom Pipe Industries has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, audited with an unmodified opinion. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹1,357 Cr with net profit at ₹61.7 Cr, up from ₹1,153 Cr and ₹56.8 Cr last year. The lease for Ultra Pipes manufacturing was extended to 99 years, enabling long-term operations and capacity growth. The company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary to develop a 60 MW solar power project under a government scheme. CRISIL assigned A- (long term) and A2+ (short term) ratings. Four senior executives were repositioned across Hyderabad and Tamil Nadu, and M/s Ravi Ladia & Co. was appointed internal auditor for FY 2025-26. The focus remains on steel manufacturing and renewable energy, supporting strategic expansion.
