Bajaj Finserv has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company completed a full acquisition of Vidal Healthcare Services through its subsidiary Bajaj Finserv Health. It also entered agreements to acquire Allianz’s 26% stake in Bajaj Allianz General and Life Insurance and 50% in Bajaj Allianz Financial Distributors, aiming to strengthen control over its insurance businesses. Additionally, warrants were converted into equity shares of Bajaj Finance with a payment of ₹891.64 crore, and a ₹1 per share dividend was proposed.
