C.E. Info Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

C.E. Info Systems has announced a board meeting on key updates. The Board approved the audited consolidated financial results for FY 2024-25 and proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3.50/share (175%), pending shareholder approval. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Verma was re-appointed Managing Director for five years from August 2025 and promoted to Group Chairman. Mr. Shambhu Singh joins as Group Vice-Chairman, while Dr. Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra comes on board as an Independent Director for three years. Mr. Jin Ho Kim steps in as President, Asia Pacific. Senior management was reshuffled, and one Independent Director resigned due to other commitments.
