Shakti Pumps (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 09-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shakti Pumps has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, with a clean audit. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. It also approved appointing M/s M. Maheshwari & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending approval at the AGM. Consolidated results cover the parent company and subsidiaries in India, the USA, Bangladesh, and Uganda.
