Prerna Infrabuild Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated total income from operations stood at Rs. 435.31 lakh for the quarter, with net profit after tax of Rs. 6.54 lakh, improving from a loss in the previous quarter. For the year, consolidated net profit after tax was Rs. 130.55 lakh on total income of Rs. 1046.82 lakh. Standalone figures show a net profit after tax of Rs. 9.90 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 134.45 lakh for the year. The company is also initiating sale of pledged securities due to defaults by borrowers to recover outstanding dues, with e-auctions scheduled accordingly.
