Sonam Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Profit before tax rose to Rs. 8.68 Cr from Rs. 7.41 Cr year-on-year, driven by stable operations and tight expense control. Equity stands at Rs. 62.99 Cr while total assets expanded to Rs. 97.72 Cr from Rs. 86.15 Cr. Operating cash flow remained robust at Rs. 10.40 Cr. The board also confirmed the successful completion of last year’s equity share split, boosting liquidity and retail investor interest.
