Perfectpac Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 3160.88 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 11,345.88 lakhs for the year. Net profit after tax stood at Rs. 68.45 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 315.50 lakhs for the year. Earnings per share were Rs. 1.03 (basic) for the quarter and Rs. 4.73 for the year. The Board has proposed a dividend of Re. 1 per share (50% on Rs. 2 face value), subject to shareholder approval.
