Novartis India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Smartlink Holdings reported consolidated total income from operations at ₹79.01 Cr for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, with a net profit after exceptional items of ₹2.38 Cr. Post-amalgamation with Synegra EMS Limited, Smartlink has ceased to be a Non-Banking Financial Company and now operates primarily in IT networking. Thermax Limited posted standalone revenue of ₹310.89 Cr for the quarter and a net profit of ₹22.41 Cr, including an exceptional gain related to impairment reversal in a subsidiary. Novartis India recorded total income of ₹398.23 crore for the quarter with net profit after tax of ₹14.68 Cr. Ecap Equities reported consolidated revenue of ₹326.37 Cr and net profit after tax of ₹39.49 Cr for the year ended March 31, 2025, with standalone revenue at ₹54.36 Cr and net profit of ₹6.25 Cr. L&T Finance has scheduled its AGM to transact financial year business through electronic mode with remote e-voting facility.
