Meghmani Organics Limited — Board Meeting, 10-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Meghmani Organics has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue jumped to Rs. 2070 Cr from Rs. 1566 Cr last year, with a turnaround to a profit before tax of Rs. 9.47 Cr versus a loss previously. Agrochemicals led the growth while Pigments faced headwinds. Finance costs increased to Rs. 69 Cr, squeezing margins. The company plans to invest Rs. 6 Cr in a 4.5 MW wind-solar hybrid project with Prozeal Green Energy. A new statutory auditor, Mukesh M. Shah & Co, is proposed for a 5-year term.
