Electrosteel Castings has announced the financial results for the quarter and half-year with consolidated net profit of Rs. 35 Cr and quarterly revenue around Rs. 1,700 Cr. The Board has approved a final dividend of Rs. 1.40 per share (face value Re. 1), valuing the payout at Rs. 86.54 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. Dividend payment will follow the AGM. The company is managing legacy issues but these do not currently impact financials.
