AYM Syntex Limited — Board Meeting, 10-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

AYM Syntex has announced a board meeting outcome approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,495 Cr and a profit after tax of Rs. 11.63 Cr, up from Rs. 11.7 Cr last year. EPS stood at Rs. 2.13. The company received Rs. 10.06 Cr from insurance claims related to a prior fire incident. It raised Rs. 141.76 Cr through preferential equity shares, using Rs. 70 Cr to reduce working capital debt and holding the rest in cash. Mr. Hitesh Gupta was appointed Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder nod. A merger with holding company Mandawewala Enterprises is underway.
