FSN E-Commerce Ventures has announced a board meeting to approve the demerger of its e-B2B business from FSN Distribution Limited to Nykaa E-Retail Limited. The restructuring aims to boost operational efficiency by optimizing warehouse and office use, expanding consumer-first brand presence across Pan India including tier 2 and 3 cities, and lowering technology and overhead costs. The scheme has NCLT approval and will take effect from June 1, 2025.
