BOROSIL RENEWABLES LIMITED — Board Meeting, 10-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Borosil Renewables has announced a board meeting on May 10 approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 1,514.58 Cr, while losses narrowed to Rs. 74.38 Cr from Rs. 85.18 Cr a year ago. Standalone business swung to a profit of Rs. 33.13 Cr from last year’s loss. The company plans to raise up to Rs. 500 Cr via multiple fundraising routes. Mr. Ashok Jain will shift from Whole-time Director to Non-Executive Director from August. German subsidiary operations remain suspended, with management optimistic about revival via imports.
