BOROSIL RENEWABLES LIMITED — Important, 10-05-2025: General Updates

Borosil Renewables has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted a standalone profit of Rs. 33.13 Cr, driven by higher revenues (Rs. 327.23 Cr) and better cost control. However, consolidated results showed a loss of Rs. 29.53 Cr due to weak demand and suspended operations at subsidiary GMB. Borosil settled EUR 21 million loans for GMB and plans to resume solar glass sales through imported raw materials. The Board approved raising up to Rs. 500 Cr to support growth and liquidity.
