Electrosteel Castings Limited — Updates, 10-05-2025: Press Release

Electrosteel Castings has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 consolidated total income was ₹7443 Cr with EBITDA of ₹1159 Cr and PAT of ₹710 Cr, including a one-time deferred tax benefit of ₹81 Cr. Q4FY25 revenue dropped 14.7% YoY due to a planned plant shutdown, now resolved. Finance costs fell ~27% YoY. Standalone FY25 revenue was ₹6840 Cr with PAT of ₹712 Cr. Sales volume slightly declined to 7.81 lakh tons from 7.94 lakh tons.
