Swadha Nature Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, reporting a net loss of Rs. 5.31 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 2.64 lakh for the year. The Audit Committee reviewed the results, and the statutory auditor gave an unmodified opinion. The company appointed Mrs. Manjula Poddar as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25 and accepted the resignation of Mr. Sanket Shah as Statutory Auditor, appointing M/s. P H Shah & Co to fill the vacancy. The board also approved shifting the registered office from Bihar to Gujarat, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.
