Swadha Nature Limited has announced a board meeting on financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, approving audited figures with an unmodified auditor’s opinion. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 5.31 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 2.64 lakh for the year, compared to a net profit of Rs. 5.51 lakh and Rs. 1.84 lakh respectively in previous periods. Total revenue was Rs. 9.07 lakh for the year. The Board appointed Mrs. Manjula Poddar as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25.
