Swadha Nature Ltd — Results, 10-05-2025: Integrated Filing

Swadha Nature Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 5.31 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 2.64 lakh for the year. Total revenue stood at Rs. 9.07 lakh for the year against Rs. 15.77 lakh last year. Cash and cash equivalents increased to Rs. 36.82 lakh from Rs. 20.55 lakh. The Board appointed Mrs. Manjula Poddar as Secretarial Auditor and M/s P H Shah & Co as the new Statutory Auditors following the resignation of Mr. Sanket Shah. Approval was also given to shift the registered office from Bihar to Gujarat, subject to shareholder consent.
