Swadha Nature Limited has announced a board meeting on 10th May 2025 approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, audited by Sanket Shah with an unmodified opinion. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 5.31 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 2.64 lakh for the year. Total revenue stood at Rs. 9.07 lakh for the year, down from Rs. 15.77 lakh previously. The Board appointed Mrs. Manjula Poddar as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25 and approved shifting the registered office from Bihar to Gujarat, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sanket Shah resigned as Statutory Auditor and has been replaced by M/s. P H Shah & Co. The company maintains no loans or defaults, with equity capital of Rs. 417.23 lakh and net equity of Rs. 69.21 lakh.
