Viksit Engineering Ltd — Updates, 10-05-2025: Company Update

Viksit Engineering Limited has announced a board meeting on the issuance of 2,37,500 fully paid-up equity shares to the Successful Resolution Applicant under the approved Resolution Plan. The record date is set for the cancellation of all shares held by the former promoters and the reconstitution of public shareholding to 5% of the proposed paid-up capital, determining eligibility for 12,500 equity shares. The Monitoring Committee has also reconstituted the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees, appointing Bhumika Parwani as Chairperson of both committees, along with other members.
