Viksit Engineering Limited has announced a board meeting on which the Monitoring Committee approved May 23 as the record date for implementing the approved Resolution Plan. As per the plan, the entire shareholding of the previous promoters will be cancelled and extinguished, and the public shareholders' equity will be restructured to represent 5% of the proposed paid-up capital.
