Aarti Pharmalabs has announced a board meeting on which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (50% on face value), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. This payout offers direct value to shareholders. New appointments for Cost Auditor and Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 were also made to ensure strong financial oversight.
