Updater Services Limited — Updates, 10-05-2025: Scheme of Arrangement

Updater Services Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The National Company Law Tribunal has approved a merger between Updater and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Stanworth Management Private Limited and Tangy Supplies & Solutions Private Limited. Effective April 1, 2024, the subsidiaries will be dissolved, with all assets, liabilities, and employees transferring to Updater Services Limited. This consolidation will increase Updater’s authorized share capital and aims to improve group integration and operational efficiency, benefiting overall business cohesion and stakeholder value.
