Triveni Turbine has announced a board meeting on dividend approval and financial results. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹2,005.8 Cr with net profit at ₹358.6 Cr, up from ₹1,654 Cr and ₹269.5 Cr last year. Standalone revenue was ₹1,795.2 Cr and net profit ₹374.4 Cr. The board approved a final dividend of 200%. Management sees a boost with two senior appointments. Last quarter included a ₹36 Cr exceptional gain from a subsidiary’s capital reduction, supporting profitability.
