LEEL Electricals Limited — Others, 10-05-2025: Appointment

Leel Electricals has announced a board meeting which approved leadership changes with the resignation of Company Secretary Komal Phulwani and Executive Director & CFO Ankit Sharma. Bhoopendra Gaur was appointed as Additional Executive Director and CFO. The company has started factory operations with an investment of about ₹20 Cr and targets a turnover of around ₹75 Cr for FY26. The board also approved borrowings, inter-corporate loans, investments, and appointed G Aakash & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and Deepak Ingle as Internal Auditor. Annual audited financial results for FY25 were approved.
