The board appointed Mr. Randhir Singh as Managing Director, designated as Executive Vice Chairman, for the remainder of his term until July 2029. Mr. Singh’s 29 years of experience in MSME lending, structured finance, and banking is expected to strengthen the company’s leadership and strategic direction.
