SMC Global Securities Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 11-05-2025: Dividend

SMC Global Securities has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.20 per share (Rs. 11.26 Cr), subject to shareholder approval. Combined with an interim dividend of 50%, total dividend for FY24-25 stands at 120% or Rs. 2.40 per share. Consolidated net profit after tax was Rs. 146.81 Cr for the year, delivering solid returns to shareholders.
