Taylormade Renewables Limited has announced a strategic MoU with U.S.-based Optimor Ventures LLC to expand its market reach in the USA, Canada, and GCC countries. Optimor will serve as the exclusive channel partner handling business development and client engagement for TRL’s patented technologies in Zero Liquid Discharge, solvent recovery, and clean sugar manufacturing, while TRL will focus on project execution. This non-equity partnership aims to accelerate TRL’s entry into global ESG and sustainability markets, enhancing its international footprint and unlocking new revenue streams without capital dilution.
