Fusion Finance has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company raised Rs. 800 Cr through a rights issue with 1.5x subscription, led by key institutional investors, strengthening its capital base among NBFC-MFIs. New CEO Sanjay Garyali was appointed to drive scale and sustainable growth. Fusion serves around 36.6 lakh clients with an AUM of Rs. 10,599 Cr across 1,506 branches in 22 states.
