Venky's (India) Limited — Important, 12-05-2025: Capacity addition

Venky’s is investing ~₹70 Cr to expand SPF eggs production by adding sheds at its Maharashtra units, with construction completing by Q2 FY27 and production starting Q3 FY27 to meet rising demand. The company is also entering the ready-to-cook spices segment with a new 1,700 kg/day capacity unit at Maharashtra facilities, costing ₹16 Cr from internal funds, set to begin operations by Q1 FY26, targeting both domestic and export markets.
