PVR INOX has announced a board meeting on the approval of the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board re-appointed KPMG Assurance & Consulting LLP as Internal Auditors for FY26 and FY27 and approved the appointment of M/s DPV & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors, pending shareholder approval.
