Venky's has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue hit Rs. 843.16 Cr, with a PAT of Rs. 13.30 Cr. Annual revenue was Rs. 3,306.99 Cr, PAT at Rs. 116.62 Cr. Poultry margins slipped due to lower realizations, while Animal Health and Oilseed segments showed strength. A Rs. 10/share dividend was declared. Capacity expansion includes a Rs. 70 Cr SPF egg facility in Maharashtra and a Rs. 16 Cr ready-to-cook spices unit ramping up production soon.
