UPL Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 12-05-2025: Dividend

UPL Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of 300%, or Rs. 6 per share (face value Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Payment will be made within 30 days after the AGM, with proportional payout on partly paid shares. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 46,637 Cr and net profit at Rs. 829 Cr. A $350 million (Rs. 3,041 Cr) investment in subsidiary Advanta boosted valuation and delivered an exceptional gain of Rs. 1,857 Cr for UPL. Strong cash flows and strategic investment support the dividend.
