UPL has announced a board meeting approving key leadership changes. Mr. Bikash Prasad will become Group CFO from June 1, succeeding Mr. Anand Vora, who retires but remains as Finance Director and strategic advisor. Mr. Sujoy Mazumdar joins as Group General Counsel from June 1, bringing extensive global legal experience in M&A, compliance, and governance. These moves enhance UPL’s leadership to strengthen its strategic, financial, and legal functions globally. The company also updated authorized signatories for disclosure purposes effective June 1.
