UPL has announced a board meeting on which Mr. Bikash Prasad will be appointed Group CFO from June 1, 2025, succeeding Mr. Anand Vora, who will retire but remain as Finance Director and strategic advisor. Prasad has over 25 years of finance leadership experience, including corporate restructuring and digital transformation. Mr. Sujoy Mazumdar will also join as Group General Counsel, bringing extensive global expertise in compliance, litigation, M&A, and governance. These leadership changes are set to reinforce UPL’s finance and legal teams during its strategic growth phase.
