Jyothy Labs Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Jyothy Labs has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted consolidated revenue of Rs 2,902.56 Cr and net profit of Rs 370.38 Cr for the year. Fabric Care and Dishwashing segments showed strong performance, with PBT of Rs 294.88 Cr and Rs 183.34 Cr respectively, while Household Insecticides remained loss-making. A final dividend of Rs 3.50 per share is proposed. The group completed the sale of its subsidiary Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh Limited, booking a one-time loss of Rs 4.3 Cr.
