The company proposed a final dividend of Rs.0.50 per equity share (5% on Rs.10 face value), subject to shareholder approval. M/s D. JAIN & CO. has been appointed as internal auditors for FY 2025-26, while M/s G&J Associates has been re-appointed as secretarial auditors for five years, also subject to shareholder approval.
