Vijaya Diagnostic Centre has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue grew 11.6% YoY, with a 24.4% rise for the full year. Organic growth was solid at 13% for the quarter and 18.9% annually. EBITDA rose 9.1% in Q4 and 23.7% yearly, while PAT increased 3.5% QoQ and 20.4% YoY. Footfalls and tests went up 7.1% and 12.7%. The company expanded with six new hubs, targeting growth in West Bengal, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh alongside technology investments.
