Sicagen India Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 891.88 Cr, up from Rs. 795.45 Cr last year, with consolidated net profit rising to Rs. 17.11 Cr from Rs. 10.52 Cr. The Board has proposed a dividend of Re.1 per share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. Auditor reports came with an unmodified opinion. The company also appointed M/s. KRA & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, re-appointed M/s. Sundar Srini & Sridhar as Internal Auditors, and re-appointed M/s. J. Karthikeyan & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26.
