Arvind has announced a board meeting to discuss a ₹21 Cr investment for a 15.96% stake in Torrent Urja 28 Private Limited, a new 20 MW hybrid wind-solar power project in Gujarat. This captive power initiative, with a 25-year PPA at ₹5/unit, is set to cover about 60% of Arvind’s power needs, aiming to boost EBITDA margins by 30-40 bps by FY27 while advancing its carbon neutrality targets. This marks a strategic push into clean energy and operational cost efficiency.
