Calcom Vision Ltd — Updates, 12-05-2025: Company Update

Calcom Vision Limited has announced a forensic audit revealing fraudulent siphoning of Rs 2.31 Cr by a former employee, Mr. Ashutosh Dubey, who was Manager – Accounts and Finance and Internal Auditor. He exploited access to banking credentials to divert company funds to his and his relatives’ accounts by disguising payments as legitimate vendor expenses across various ledger accounts such as Building Addition WIP, Foreign Travelling, and Sales Promotion. The audit found no supporting vendor invoices for these payments. The company plans to strengthen internal controls, segregate duties, and enhance monitoring to prevent recurrence and protect shareholder interests.
