Profit before tax almost doubled to ₹118.4 Cr, with net profit around ₹88 Cr. The company acquired a 53.32% stake in Span Across IT Solutions, making it a subsidiary, and took a 38.91% stake in Mobileware Technologies as an associate. It raised ₹574 Cr through QIP, primarily used for debt repayment and strategic investments. Employee stock options were exercised during the period.
