Morepen Laboratories Limited — Important, 12-05-2025: General Updates

Morepen Laboratories has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company revised the slump sale transfer date of its medical devices business to its subsidiary Morepen Medipath to April 1, 2025. Morepen Medipath is set to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai to boost its international medical device presence. A final dividend of Rs. 0.20 per share has been proposed. New cost and internal auditors have been appointed for FY26.
