Boston Bio Systems Limited has announced a board meeting that approved key leadership changes. Mr. Pratik Satish Patil resigned as Managing Director, alongside resignations of Ms. Seema Baghel (Additional Director), Ms. Sadhana Satish Patil (Director), and Ms. Manpreet Doad Powani (CFO) due to personal commitments. Mr. Ghanshyam Dhananjay Gavali’s role changed from Non-Executive Independent Director to Executive Director. New appointments include Mr. VishnuBhai Desai as Managing Director, Mr. Yash Arun Chaudhary as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and Mr. Kunjan Nathabhai Rathod as CFO. The board also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committees to reflect these changes.
